Haven of Hope children’s Home

This is a children’s home that caters for children who been abandoned, orphaned and neglected/abused. The home seeks to positively impact the community through loving, caring, mentoring, and instilling family values to the less privileged children in the home by providing spiritual, mental, physical and moral transformation of the children while giving them hope and opportunity to access basic needs and other necessities.

Going Beyond basic needs

At haven it is not only about the basic needs, we go further into nurturing our children’s interests (skills and talents). We pay a greater attention in identifying that which a child can do away from education. Our vision is to have an activity centre where our children and other less privileged children can access this centre and get trained on specific skills. Haven family Palace Centre plans to build a children’s home (a mansion that will host 20 girls and 20 boys) medical clinic and pharmacy, an activity centre, community library, playground, computer centre, kitchen and dining, laundry, staff and guest housing, sink a borehole, put up greenhouses, pig, poultry, cows, dairy goats. These facilities and income generating activities will be used solely for the ministry needs and ventures.

Child 254 Initiative

This is an outreach program that seeks to inspire and empower children through provision of basic needs to families that are faced with abject poverty while teaching and mentoring young people in the area of giving. 254 is the Kenyan Code so this means a Kenyan child initiative. We have realised that our Kenyan culture has lost its touch with giving and everyone is only looking after their own. Our children are missing out in being nurtured in this area hence becoming oblivious to what other children go through in families that have challenges economically, mentally and morally.

Vocational Bible School

This is an outreach program that seeks to equip young people with God’s word. In the recent years the gospel of Christ has been twisted to suit personal needs of ministers rather than help and bring people to the realization of the knowledge of God. After going through bible college Joseph felt the need to share the gospel with young people. Having gone to several churches and getting disappointed by the ministers He started hating church and for so long he stayed home instead of going to fellowship with the body of Christ. It is only when he went through bible school that he discovered that the gospel he heard and the word of God taught in bible school were totally two different doctrines. It is this that has made joseph take up this course of carrying out a bible study class with young people.

Music school

This is a program that seeks to empower and develop gifted children in the area of music. It is a pilot project of our future goals where we plan to have an activity centre that offers various skills training to equip young people for the market place.

To ensure our objectives are realized we value the contribution that partners bring on board in terms of advice, volunteers, visitors, financial support and above all the prayers that just glues things together.

This is a registered non-profit organization in the USA. We have worked together since its inception and they are more of a family to us. They arrange our home based sponsorship program and people who would love to give to Haven Family Palace and get a tax relieve give through this organization in the USA.

JoNa.e.V

This is a Germany based duly registered Non-profit organization. We had a relationship with the founders before the organization was formed. They have taken our school based sponsorship and ensured our children stay in school throughout the year. They also undertake fundraising in Europe for other project that need funding in our Facility.
